ON ANOTHER NOTE
There is a common misconception among residents of the Stevensburg district regarding the upcoming election. Many individuals believe that Susan Gugino is the Republican candidate for the Culpeper Board of Supervisors.
THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!!!
Mrs. Gugino has decided not to run in the primary election against Dewayne Payne. She is running independently.
DEWAYNE PAYNE is the Republican candidate for the Culpeper Board of Supervisors, representing the Stevensburg district. As a fourth-generation farmer, he manages over 2,000 acres dedicated to hay and grain production. Payne advocates for a smaller government, opposing any new rezoning initiatives, and emphasizes the importance of transparency in local governance. He is concerned about the wasteful spending of taxpayer dollars in Culpeper. It is time for a significant change in the Board of Supervisors to better serve the taxpayers of Culpeper County.
Over the past four years, we have observed a significant increase in housing developments, a trend of industries relocating away from Culpeper, and a rise in taxes. If you want a positive change, vote for your Republican candidates.
These views reflect the opinion of the chairman and do not represent the views of the full committee.
